White Christmas aka BLIZZARD

The white Christmas sure is pretty, but it is keeping us from the tradition of seeing a movie on Christmas day. Stillwater & OKC are shut down. This is why I'm blogging & not at the movie theatre. It is closed. Hopefully it will clear up enough for us to travel to Dallas. I know we'll leave even if it takes 12 hours to get there (normally it's a 4 hr drive).

We didn't even have to spray the fake snow on our windows. It was there naturally

The wind was blowing at 40+ mph & it piled up outside our doors. It was even higher this morning. My boots weren't tall enough for me to even stand in it without it getting in them.

It was this morning that we realized, even though we lived in Oklahoma, we should invest in a snow shovel. I guess it is a good thing that everything is shut down because we didn't have the best means to clear out our driveway.

Me, making a brief appearance outside. I was out there just long enough to be blinded by the snow & of course throw a snow ball at Scott. :)

Beasley did NOT like the snow. It took several times to get her this far & she immediately ran back to the door to go back inside. She only went outside to potty because she had held it for so long.
